Our commitment to nondiscrimination applies to all aspects of our operations, including but not limited to:
1. Client Services
We provide mental health and related services to all individuals who seek our assistance, ensuring equal access and treatment in delivering care or referrals. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment free from bias or judgment, recognizing that an inclusive atmosphere is crucial for effective mental health support.
2. Employment Practices
We are an equal opportunity employer and base all employment decisions (including hiring, firing, promotion, and compensation) on individual qualifications, performance, and organizational needs. We welcome and respect the diverse cultures, languages, and backgrounds of all who visit our facilities or engage with us virtually.

We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination or harassment to report it promptly so that we can address the situation in a fair and timely manner.
